Venturi Ejector

       The Venturi ejector utilizes positive pressure air generated by a blower or air compressor. As this air flows through the ejector, it creates suction to draw in materials located above the ejector, allowing them to be conveyed in a positive pressure pneumatic transport system for powders, granules, and bulk materials. During the conveying process, the Venturi ejector pushes a mixture of solid material and air, providing enough pressure to compensate for the downstream pressure drop in the pipeline. Based on material characteristics, it is available in conventional stainless steel and white ceramic-lined models.


Product Features:  

1. No Air Return:  

Traditional pneumatic conveying systems commonly use rotary valves, which often result in air return. If the conveyed material is very fine or abrasive, air return can cause discharge flow problems and wear issues, leading to high maintenance costs, low conveying performance, and dust dispersion. Compared to traditional rotary valves, the Venturi ejector has the advantage of no air return, reduced wear on components, and no maintenance requirement.


2. No Mechanical Moving Parts:  

The Venturi ejector has no mechanical moving parts, eliminating the need for maintenance.
