The dry ash bulk loading machine is composed of components such as a screw gate, pneumatic conveying system, electric valve, feeding device, telescopic spout with sleeve-type extension, automatic positioning and rope loosening switch device, upper limit limit switch, electric hoist system, automatic tracking level detector, and a dedicated electrical control cabinet. It is highly convenient to install and maintain, with a very flexible process layout.  

The dry ash bulk loading machine is available in three models: GS150-800, GS150-1500, and GS150-3000, differing mainly in their dust suction methods. Based on issues identified in the use of similar domestic and international products, improvements have been made to the Hengyun dry ash bulk loading machine. The inner telescopic discharge tube has been upgraded to a steel structure, extending its lifespan by 8-10 times compared to fabric bags and reducing discharge resistance for powder transport. It can achieve a maximum output of 200 tons per hour. The material level controller has been upgraded from the original micro-pressure controller to a rotary paddle level controller to resolve signal issues caused by frequent blockages.  

The dry ash bulk loading machine ensures dust-free suction with no dust overflow. During operation, it maintains high pressure (up to 3.5kPa) and achieves high dust discharge heights and long distances, making centralized dust collection convenient.
